I invite commissions based on what you see me do, but also on what you intuitively know will be fulfilling for your purposes. Clearly the closer you are geographically to me extends how personal can be the work. It is a preference of mine to 'see'(i.e work from life).I enjoy portaits, landscapes and I am willing to work from good photographs-preferably posted to me, not digitised. The media is up to you. Pencil or colour pencil are both sensitve, watercolour more spontaneous and looser, acrylic deeper and always on canvas in layered washes. Oils are always on m.d.f panel and modeled for greater roundness of light. Prices vary according to size and detail='time' really, but I will do small drawing from around £45-60 for A3 work, A2 acrylics start at £200-250 and I can show you via email a photograph of the finished piece, then post for restretching as they are flexible. I give you these two prices as a sort of 'yard stick' or 'metre rule' to gauge my needs.
